PHOTOGRAPHY QUESTIONS?
How long are the shoots?
typically our shoots last between 2-2.5 hours. We arrive usually right on the dot, or 10-15 minutes before the scheduled shoot for set up.
How many pics do we get?
during a two hour shoot we produce hundreds of shots. Obviously, not all become worthy of post editing and to be used as marketing collateral. We do recommend a quick pre production call to discuss the purpose of the shoot to make sure the shoot is as productive as possible.
How de we receive the pics?
you will be provided a google drive link. It is recommended to download all files to avoid any potential loss of files. However, we will not delete your files! We have your back!!
What is the best time for the shoot?
many restaurants have loving us there. We keep it professionally friendly at all times with staff and customers. Anytime really is the best time. However, for best possible results and communication efforts, we recommend a slow time where we have more time with the dishes.
How can i get my restaurant ready for photography
At the end of the day, it is your restaurant and with your vision. How you want to look online is completely up to you. We do help you get there and we do offer plenty of advice on how you should be looking online. It is not always what other social media users are doing, it is also what makes you stand out.
Should I have my own ring light or backdrop?
As professionals in this field, we do bring our own tools and assets to be used during the photography shoots. However, feel free to have additional tools to be used. At the end of the day, it is an exciting event to produce high quality content for your business. Take advantage!

How many Video Ads can I buy?
As many as you wish! We do however recommend a set amount based on social media marketing strategies. If you need one or two we will be glad to produce them for you, but remember, we do need to go in and shoot video with our cameras!
What is a Business Video?
Business Videos are produced for restaurants that wish to showcase their restaurant in an organic and passionate way. These business videos incorporate slow motion, engaging music, social tags, and are between 45 - 59 seconds in length. Typically these videos incorporate a call to action element.
How long is a Business Film?
Business Films range between 1:30 to 1:59 in length. Business films are our most expensive productions but also the ones that potentially leave a longer impact to viwers. They are more cinematic than our other video packages, involve longer editing time and give viewers a unique experience into your business.
How can i use my video ads?
video ads can be used on certain social media story elements. They are produced to be used as short segment videos promoting and highlighting certain elements.
Can i bundle my Business Video with other products or services?
Yes of course! Your Business Video can and should be bundled with some type of advertising campaign. Typically we recommend using business videos as marketing collateral on a facebook targetted advertising campaign. Many business owners also bundle the business video with a new website design, or a social media posting service. Do not worry! Our dedicated account advisors will get you towards the best direction, always considering bringing value to your business.

you get a png, jpeg, pdf and if requested an original RAW file. These files are perfect to be used for all types of marketing collateral.

During our pre posting process we provide all material before we begin to post. We also host a pre poduction call and or meeting before we begin any photo or video work designed to understand your marketing goals and vision. How long does it take to get my restaurant menu designed
We have our three revision formula. This formula involves first an intake process where we acquire as much information as possible. Intake information includes business info, menu items; their corresponding title, description and price. We have noticed that during the second revision phase, most of the modifications are price changes and simple grammer items. Our goal is to provide you with a complete menu design in 7-10 business days.
